This guideline has accompanied ISO Software Systeme since its formation in 1979. A substantial condition for the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction is our quality management system. Established in 1999, it supports the complete cycle of software development from the requirement analysis until the later maintenance of implemented software. It describes the document handling during all project phases and therefore supports the understanding between the project members internally and externally.

Certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001

The quality management system is revised by independent auditors regularly and received the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
In January 2005, our affiliated company ISO Travel Solutions was also certified according to this standard.
Each staff member is highly aware of quality and regards the customer as a recipient of his own personal performance. Regular training and continuous improvement of processes contribute to the aim of living up our high quality expectations.
