Output Management at Rohde&Schwarz
The large product range of the company Rohde&Schwarz (6.400 employees) with its headquarter in Munich includes test and measurement, broadcasting, radio monitoring and radio location as well as mission-critical radio communications.
More than ten years ago the implementation of the Output Management System 
flash-ReproManager at three locations lead to a process optimisation of the production plans creation and the Print-on-Demand creation of manuals.
Due to the very deep integration into the former archive and DMS system ARCIS and in the PDM/PLM system Teamcenter Enterprise for the administration of product and construction data, the paper feeders have been rearranged and by means of the Print-On-Demand principle superfluous storage has been abolished. In 2000, three further locations were added amongst others in Czech Republic. The SAP®-certified flash-SAP®Link of the flash-ReproManager was implemented and for almost two years ISO software Systeme provides service and support in the Teamcenter Enterprise environment, e.g. with the implementation of a sophisticated security system for Teamcenter. For the future further projects are planned, like for example the complete connection of all standard windows printers.
Airport Management Systems at Stuttgart Airport
Stuttgart Airport's relationship with ISO started in August 1999. Stuttgart Airport awarded ISO Software Systeme a contract to implement its SKY-Billing system for airport billing and ground handling billing. The project was successfully performed within time (Y2k) and budget and helped to set the airport's IT landscape on a firm basis.
More projects were to follow soon due to the airport's good experiences with ISO's performance and commitment. In the meantime ISO contributed major components to the airport's SAP implementation in the areas of cost center, controlling, profitability analysis and business intelligence. Today, the Airport Management Systems of Stuttgart Airport are among the most innovative applications in Europe.
The tour operator suite OCEAN at TUI
Since the early 80's ISO develops and implements different software solutions for numerous companies in the tourism industry that today are consolidated as TUI Group. Due to a good co-operation for years ISO may call itself strategic IT-partner of TUI.
Early in the 80s, together with travel agencies of the First chain a system for own events has been developed. Later the standard system ITOS came out of it. For Hapag-Lloyd cruises ITOS has been extended with numerous specific elements for cruise operators. Also during the merger of three independent cruise operators to the new "Hapag-Lloyd Cruises" ISO has been the central integrator of IT and the business processes. In the meantime TUI uses the tour operator system OCEAN (which came out of ITOS after a complete redesign in the year 2000) at numerous subsidiary companies and brands for the handling of the special operator business. TUI Wolters, terra Reisen, TUI USA as well as the Latin America part of the TUI Long Haul product.
