The amount of tourist products available on the market is growing, and so is customer demand. The challenge for the travel industry is finding the best offer with as little effort as possible. In this context, only efficient IT designed specifically for this market can ensure sustained revenue growth. <h3>ISO Dynamic Recommendation System with Travel API – the customers recommend products</h3>

The system is a recommender service that can be fully integrated in travel distribution solutions. With this system, the customer service representative at the service center can actively propose similar, complementary or higher-quality products to the customer. <br />Using the Travel API, ISO’s DRS can also be connected directly to the company’s Internet Booking Engine (IBE), opening up new avenues for additional, system-driven advertising – companies can then offer their customers additional services (cross-selling) or higher-value alternatives (up-selling).<br />The benefits of the ISO Dynamic Recommendation System include more customer satisfaction, higher acceptance of the recommendations, longer time on the website and, ultimately, an increase in sales and income. 
<h3>Emerald – the first tourism CRM also available as a Microsoft Azure Cloud application</h3>
The CRM system Emerald is the first&nbsp;<link 124 - internal-link "Travel CRM for Tourism">tourism CRM</link> also available as an application for Microsoft’s Azure cloud, making ISO the exclusive partner of Microsoft for&nbsp;<link 124 - internal-link "Travel CRM for Tourism">tourism CRM solutions</link> worldwide. ISO is also exploring new strategies in cloud computing. IT configurations, infrastructure and software are dynamically adapted to the needs of customers and provided through a network. In this way the customer is freed from the administrative overhead, and the system will automatically match the various levels of customer demand. The new single system needs to handle the classical packaging business with Primera’s own charter airline as well as the sales of individual travel products and the dynamic packaging. Start of operations is planned for early 2012. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[After an extensive evaluation of the various billing systems,&nbsp;<link http://changiairportgroup.com - external-link-new-window "Changi Airport Group">Changi Airport Group</link> (CAG), the operator of Singapore Changi Airport, has selected&nbsp;<link 44 - internal-link "Opens internal link in current window">SKY Billing</link> for its new aeronautical billing application.
As the 7th busiest airport in the world in terms of international passenger volume, Changi Airport handles more than 40 million passenger movements annually. Transformed into flight movements, this figure represents about 6.000 arrivals and departures every week. All these flights will be accounted by ISO’s&nbsp;<link 44 - internal-link "Opens internal link in current window">SKY Billing, the SAP-certified billing solution embedded into the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-system</link>. The implementation of SKY Billing is part of the new ERP-implementation project which started in September 2011 and will progressively be implemented until its ‘going-live’ in April 2012.&nbsp; Following CAG’s adoption of SKY Billing, the system will also be in operation at five major airports across Asia, including those in Bangkok and Delhi.
ISO’s SKY Billing implementation for CAG is intended to make the aeronautical billing more flexible in terms of applicable rules for the charges and fees at Changi Airport, and for more adequate reactions to market conditions and changing regulations. It will further improve the invoicing of the airlines by reducing the amount of invoices and the number of payment transactions, resulting in timelier and more accurate settlements, and in turn, improved cash-flow.
SKY Billing will cover all applied aeronautical charges and fees of CAG across all four terminals of Changi Airport, as well as Seletar Airport (XSP). It can be further configured to handle any new charges or fees should there be a need in the future. The system also features multi-airport capability, enabling it to incorporate billings at future airports as satellites outside of Singapore.<br /><br />]]></content:encoded>
