Within guest profile and guest details all important data you get from your guests (i.e. from registration card or questioner on check-in) will be stored. Additionally general and reservation specific information can be entered which will be directly linked to any future reservation of this guest.

Bonus programmes, mailing-codes or interests of your guests are only a few options to store specific information - all CRM functionality is directly behind the main guest profile.
