Maroon - B2B-Web Access for Suppliers

The module Maroon offers you, the tour operator, the possibility of connecting your suppliers via internet directly to your tour operator software. Communication is internet-based and provides easy access to your business partners without any specified requirements to their hardware and internet access. Maroon is connected to your in-house reservation system with the aid of the undefinedTravel-XMLServer, an XML-Interface of ISO.

We recommend the connection to our tour operator software undefinedOCEAN for outgoing tour operators and undefinedCanary for incoming tour operators.

It is now possible to allow the supplier to maintain all adjustments with respect to his own allotments. This means, for example, increasing and decreasing allotments and setting booking stop flags,  respectively controlling the utilization.

Thus, the supplier can check his load situation and then change actively his allotments, e.g. to prevent later booking shortages and requests.

In case of the use of undefinedOCEAN / undefinedCanary as the tour operator system,  all changes can be recorded and then be tracked. If you require this functionality you can apply the undefinedOCEAN / undefinedCanary queue system in order to inform you actively about changes.
