The module Mellow offers you, as a tour operator, the possibility of enabling your business partners to make online availability checks and online bookings in your reservation system.
Mellow was primarily created for purposes of the B2B field, as an internet connection for expert users in the tourism business. With Mellow, you are able not only to connect your booking agencies but to provide web access to other business partners, such as other tour operators who are allowed to book. Mellow supports you in your online sales business.
The Mellow clients are internet-based and serve as a connection to your business partners, without any special requirements for their hardware or internet access. Mellow is a pure web client which is connected to your in-house reservation system with the help of the Travel XML Server, a XML-interface developed by ISO. The client is designed according to the look & feel of the popular Global Distribution Systems.
Your customer can also download your complete line of products (the services you sell) to their local installation of the Mellow client. This helps them to select the services they want to query and book.
