Microsoft Surface and the new ISO application enable you to book hotels, flights, rental cars, cruises and packages. Start your choice with an interactive brochure or with the world map, and dive in! You choose your preferred products with your finger and place them on the table. If you need further information about a service or a destination – no problem – with an intuitive menu you have access to the whole available content. Pictures can be separated and enlarged with a finger. Users can move all objects with a hand on the surface and place them into the shopping basket. And of course all products can then be booked and paid for immediately.

Pacific build the technical background behind the Microsoft Surface application and deliver all facts such as base data, prices, allotments, dates and vacancies to the surface. Additional data can be collected from other connected reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre or Worldspan for flights, Micros Fidelio, GTA, Pegasus and other hotel systems for hotels, and so on. You can also connect your own reservation systems to our Microsoft Surface application and sell your own content through the Microsoft Surface this way.
The business partner data can be retrieved from the ISO Customer Relationship Management System Emerald. In this way, you can present specific offers to your customers that fit to the customers’ preferences and characteristics. These offers can, together with Pacific, be set up and calculated individually for the customer with a higher margin than through your other – less exclusive - sales channels.
