The Tourism Extranet supports all business processes with your external users and partners, especially the management of your contracts between you and the hotelier. The module integrated into your system landscape can be accessed web-based by both parties. This enables external users to retrieve and maintenance their data, for example hotel-contracts, by themselves and this data will be transferred to your system after you approved them.
By the system support and the associated relocation of many processes to your external users and partners, you reduce your internal costs while improving data quality at the same time. The data in your systems are always “up to date”. Furthermore, you are no longer responsible for the accuracy of your data because it has to be verifiably maintained by the external user themselves. Every transaction is recorded and traceable.
