Contract Management
This very extensive module enables the supplier to record all data relevant for the contract, like prices and allotments. As mentioned above, you retain full control over all data. You will be informed about every new entry or change made by a supplier. You can check the data and then accept or reject it. The data will only be transmitted to the back office by the Tourism Extranet if you accept it before.

The module relieves the user from the creation of master data and they retain full and only control. All data is used in subsequent systems without any further manual effort – for instance, in order to generate your offers and sales prices as well as the correct accounting with your supplier. Furthermore, you get finished contract documents which are ready to be signed without having to enter any data yourself.
