This is based on contract data created by the supplier and on booking data from your internal booking system.
Your Benefit:
The supplier previously knows which amount you expect on their bill and which amount you are going to accept. This prevents that the supplier creates incorrect invoices which have to be clarified and corrected later on. Thus, the whole process is automated and reduced.
