DTC Multi-CRS, middleware component accessed by reservation systems (OCEAN, Atlantic / Pacific) developed and customized by ISO Software Systeme GmbH.
The component DTC Multi-CRS developed by ISO Software Systeme GmbH provides one well defined interface to client applications for executing touristical use cases in many different external reservation systems.
The Multi-CRS encapsulates the functionality to access the different external reservation systems. One of the systems to be accessed is Amadeus Web Services.
Amongst others Multi-CRS will integrate the following use cases with Amadeus Web Services:
- Flight Get Availability
- Flight Quote Shopping Cart Exactly As Selected
- Flight Get Fare Details
- Flight Create Booking
- Flight Cancel Booking
- Access GDS Terminal
